There is a difference in the financial relationship between eLIANT and each of the following two groups. If you are interested in doing business with us, please specify which partner category you are in when you send your resume.

Member
Partners who do not find their own consulting jobs, whose only marketing is done by eLIANT, are "member" consultants. Their consulting work comes only through eLIANT. Typically these folks provide IT services on a part-time basis in addition to another job, and they are primarily available nights and weekends. Their other, primary job may or may not be in the IT industry.

Affiliate
Partners actively marketing their services through other channels are "affiliates." These folks are typically self-employed full-time in this field, or are actively marketing their skills in order to generate part-time business for themselves.
